A sauce of butter, golden syrup, white and brown chocolate, merged with digestive biscuits, cocoa power and Maltesers to give you the biscuit base. For real, if it's possible to do so in London I will make it for ya

Malt centre (honeycomb in nature, somewhat, arguably). Definitely the best malt-based chocolate/biscuit out there.

I seriously doubt I'd get the chance, but if I do I'm just as serious about doing it!
