I've been told by several people he's been adding them--coincidently everyone who just happens to be on my friendslist. Apparently he bawls at them for not "getting over it" (referencing some lameass shit he did in the past I assume) and when they tell him off he proceeds to make some bullshit apology.

What you do is up to you, but I wouldn't personally recommend it. As entertaining as it is to listen to moan about how evil everyone he knows is and "I demand the decency of you to take off your shirt/tell everyone you're completely in the wrong/I never lie/etc. etc." for a bit it quickly loses it's charm when you're hearing it 4am in the morning. xD
