I improved my completion time on Super Metroid with 21 minutes, resulting in a time of 1 hour and 39 minutes
100% items.

I'm so cool!

Well the speed run record is about 33 minutes I think, but that's not with 100% items. The record with all items is above 50 minutes (maybe 55?). Too lazy to check. And no, I won't go that far.

Note: This is not counting the tool assisted runs.
