Yo! How's it going, all? I've used the site for reference before, and I've lurked the forums on occasion, and you guys seem like a pretty cool community. I'm the type of person that likes getting heavily invested into something, being games, movies or other expressive media. More optimist than pessimist. Love just talking about stuff.
I suppose I should explain my familiarity with the series...
Although, embarrassingly enough, it's rather limited. In fact, the closest thing I had for the longest time was the Kingdom Hearts series (Forgive me
), especially with VII, as those characters are heavily featured. I eventually got VII and played through it to get the real essence of these characters. Of course, I really enjoyed it! Other compilation titles under my belt include AC/C and CC, though I know I'm missing a whole lot...
Other than VII, I played some of XII but never finished it. I own the X collection on PS3, yet haven't played through them yet (Funnily enough, I played some X-2 many years ago). I was so hyped for Versus XIII/XV and have the demo, but recent events turned me off a lot. Still planning on getting it though. I'm also rather tempted to jump into XIV at some point as well. I've beat both Dissidia games, played a little bit of Type-0 HD (Again, never finished) and I always enjoy a song on Theatrhythm.
I hope you can forgive my spotty history (I'll fix it, I promise!) and I look forward to participating in all the Remake excitement.
