How many of you have the ps1 or pc ff7?

I keep it in a black box, together with FFVI and FFIX.

I got the PS1 version. With the exception of FF11, I own all of the main series games on some console or another. Never even seen any of the PC versions for sale.

I do...I bought it for around 60-73 dollars off Ebay. A little bit before it went onto the PSN. I don't regret it, though...I wanted it to be physically there and have the instruction manual and case.

I got an original Spanish Platinum version, but since, back then I bought it second-hand, it was really really really scratchy, and since I've used it quite a lot, I started to get some errors... (you know when in Shinra building you can watch a video about their vehicles? I pressed the button and the video sequence that appeared was Sephiroth killing Aeris!! I was torn between freaking out and laughing out loud).

So this christmas I got an original brand-new PAL English Platinum version... it's not a Spanish "Non-platinum" version, but still pretty good, right?
Oh, and for the first time in my life, I'll get to see "this guy are sick" with my very own eyes!

I had that one but now I have the PC Ultima Edition. Never crashes and even the infamous Aerith line has been fixed. I no longer fear going to Bugenhagen's observatory.

I have that too, and I still have to stop myself and not make Ultima and FF7 crossovers in my head.

I'd be keeping those copies if I were you. I wish I kept mine, though it wasn't exactly in mint condition when I sold it. Apparently now you can get a pretty penny for the original FFVII.

There's a copy at my local Gamers that was opened (and stepped on, if the cracks mean anything) that's going for seventy dollars. Which isn't too bad, imo.

I swear mine is the Ultima edition... it's some kind of special version. It doesn't crash that much... just in the battle square mostly...
