I need some help with Fallout: New Vegas...a glitch.

Okay, I know quite a few members here play Fallout New Vegas. I have a major glitch here that hopefully someone can help me with.

I did the peaceful resolution to Rose of Sharon Cassidy's quest and found the evidence.. and got her "Calm Heart" perk. Now sometime after this, her HP suddenly went from 275 to...50. She now has nothing but 50 HP and dismissing her, using a Stimpak, changing her armor...nothing makes it go back to normal.

I have no idea what the fuck is going on. I'm playing on normal mode, and this is the PS3 version of the game.

Please tell me there is a way to fix this. I've restarted and reloaded another save but it's not working.

Just...this is frustrating. Between all the freezes, and random glitches, it's annoying.

This is a new one by me. Is your game fully updated to the latest version?

If your connected to the net it would prompt you to update iirc.
That didnt happen to me but the companions can easily break, i ended breaking Boone midway through the game because the casino took his gun from him then gave it back to me.

Taking boone places just ensures that it becomes a baby sitting job now :< dont take companions into casinos!

I haven't heard of this glitch specifically although I do know the Calm Heart perk has always been buggy. Before it added 50HP to her current health rather than her maximum, this time it seems like it just straight up reduced her health to 50. You can either wait for a patch or reload an earlier save and get the Vengeance perk instead.

Well, I figured out what the problem was.

Apparently after getting the "Calm Heart" perk, and resolving her quest peacefully by gathering evidence... If you kill either Gloria Van Graff or the woman in charge of the Crimson Caravan company, you glitch Cassidy's stats. I'm not sure why, but that's what happens. When I was attacked by the Van Graff thugs and went into the Silver Rush to finish them all off, a little bit later was when Cass's HP went to Hell. So after numerous replays and saves, I figured it out and now won't kill Gloria.
