I've donated in the past. How do I get the 'Donator' title to appear under my username?

IIRC Yop/Cthulhu should have changed your usertitle. Might be worth sending him a PM with whatever name it was you donated under (paypal or whatever)

Yeah, might need to update the instructions for donating/ getting the Donator title. When I got mine years ago it was at the same time as Avec, and we both had to hit Yop in the head with a shoe to have him check PayPal

Should probably be something like "...and then PM (whoever volunteers if not Yop) to receive your title."

The usergroup was set properly (he emailed me about it when he donated back when, I looked it up), but it turns out the usergroup's user title was unset / blanked out because of reasons (???). Restored it, should be good now.

While we're on the subject, any chance I could get the "Donator" title under my name in the default grey instead of orange? Dunno if it's something I can change myself or not.

I wouldn't mind if it was hidden altogether but I don't think that's possible without removing me from the user group. I asked about it once, a long time ago, as I recall.

You still have the Donator status / usergroup, but you can have only one "displayed" usergroup - I guess I could edit the template to show both "site author" and "donator", but, I'd rather not

I would say so but this has to be Yop's decision, he's in charge of TLS finances etc.

As for contributing-makes-you-donator-thing, I've no personal objections, but, we'd have to apply it retroactively to anyone having done a thing like that. IDK what the other donators think of that .
