Japanese help

After two years of studying Japanese in a desultory fashion, my Japanese is still so weak that I can barely translate what's in this pic:

But I think it says "How long do you intend to....?" Intend to what, exactly, i don't know, because I can't make out the kanji; and in any case my whole translation might be completely wrong. I'm really crap at this. Can anyone help?

Your translation was correct, by the way. I know, it's a pain to make out small/blurry kanji when you're not familiar with them. Keep practicing, it will get easier with time!
