Some of our younger members and visitors probably won't know of him or his works... Ferris Bueler's Day Off, The Breakfast Club - he directed those and others. Big 80s movies.

Yeah, 2009 has been 'broadcasting' many deaths - publically and (at least for me) privately.

I loved the BreakFast Club.

Very saddening, he was just taking a morning walk and POW!!! Heart Attack.

Breakfast Club was a great movie, and one of my favorites of all time, but he made OTHER movies!!! I always found Weird Science to be f-ing hilarity.
