I'm suspicious because of that Lightning hoax, but if this is true....screenshot is too blurry though, grah...that's also a new Dissidia logo in the upper-right. And the art looks legit.

That's definitely Nomura art there, looks just like the other Dissidia pieces. I think it's real!

A friend at the FFWiki took a shot at translating some of what's on the page.

The scan is super-blurry =.=. I can't make out much in the red box...something about the Kingdom of Baron. The text above says his name. The red text below says dragoon's...something. Now next to Kain, it says "?? Crown Prince &..." I think the next character is 妹, which doesn't make any sense to me. "DDFF" is the standard Japanese abbreviation for Dissidia, and the kana for Square Enix as the maker is correct, so kudos to the person who made this if it's a hoax. Oh yeah, and it says that Kain is a fan-awaited something or other. Fan-awaited is the right term.

So yeah, if this is a hoax, the guy put in a lot of effort.

That's not DLC. From the looks of it, that's a sequel (ファン待望の続編, the 'fan awaited' thing you mentioned). Most of it is too blurry to read, though. The red box is talking about Kain (how he jumps up and attacks the enemy from above, and stuff about the original game?). I think the text on the next page is probably unrelated.

After the Lightning thing (although the text in this one actually makes sense), I'd still be wary of it until there's more news/confirmation on it.
