Kojima Productions partners with Xbox for new game

Just announced at the Xbox showcase. Something with cloud technology or something?
Nothing was shown except Kojima saying "hey I'm making stuff"

I'm not even sure if Cloud means it'll only be streaming or whether it uses Cloud technology to its advantage for other things (like say, MS Flight Simulator).
If it's actually streaming only I guess at least it means you don't need an Xbox
