But all joking aside, I'm so glad that we finally get to see the new Yuffie in color, and it looks like she's coming with a buttload of Materia, too. :moar:

I definitely want Rufus, but I may actually have to get Yuffie now, even though I have the AC version already. :\ This one looks very well done, though. I think her face looks much better, compared to her older Play Arts version. I can't wait to see how Vincent turns out; I hope they release pics of him soon. His prototype was pretty badass.

Edit: I just found out some more information about the figures. Apparently, their release date is slated for September of this year, and both look to be going for $90 each. I knew they were going to be expensive but $90?! Even a XIII-2 Lightning wasn't that expensive. XD

Anyway, here's the site that provided more info, as well as boasting some awesome new pics of our favorite Materia hunter and the President himself posing it up for the cameras...like a boss. :joy:

Hopefully Square sees some of the light and makes more turks.

Turks are marketable! Make the whole set!

We're only missing what, Tseng, Rude, and Elena? Reno and Cissnei (I think) exist.

The thing is, are those (Reno) PlayArts or PlayArts Kai? Supposedly Kai are better:
...possessing improved articulation, more accessories, slightly larger sizes, and higher prices than regular Final Fantasy Play Arts action figures

I particularly love the JENOVA box, Rufus's shotgun and Yuffie's hand full of materia!

In a rare case of agreement with Force here. Yuffie's new AC look is the only one from the movie I actually liked. I don't even like what they did with Vincent's outfit. I guess Cid's is alright, but it's nothing special and certainly not as cool as the original.

Yep. Utterly ruined his boots and gauntlet, added a complete sleeve to his right arm, and added a sixth clasp to the front of the cape.

That last one is the least egregious, but I don't like any of it. =P Vincent already had an awesome design; it didn't need changing.

It's kinda funny, since if I recall, the AC Yuffie outfit isn't technically Nomura's design, right? :monster:

Don't get me wrong, the AC outfit is pretty, but that DC one just...I dunno. Looks sexier. I love the exposed midriff along with the short shorts and super long socks. I'm easily amused, I can't help it.

The attention to detail is amazing it makes my normal play arts Vincent look like a bloody action man doll, can't wait to see what else they have coming up.

EDIT: A local comic book/Nerd store has Rufus and Yuffie up on their site, £99 each but with 24% off at the moment so you can get them for £75

Lmao, I'll just do a review :p

I do wish Vincent came with at least 3 more accessories. Like his cellphone from DoC, for example
