You're welcome! :monster:

Btw, if anyone's interested, here's the japanese version of Supernova:

OH!

Now let's try to make a sandwich to this one!
:monster:

Supernova is the most cinematic out of them.
Overly Sephiroth tried to be too epic, but
phailed something and the fake sun explosion
turned out to be non-lethal.
Actually , a sword wound is more lethal than
Supernova in a way then.

But it got my vote nonetheless :awesome:

Yeah, Supernova was pretty awesome, though when it's done multiple times in the same battle, it could be a bit frustrating hahaa...

Big Bang, simply because of it's sheer effectiveness. It's not only flashy, but it gets shit done. Unlike Supernova or Great Attractor, you have to admire a super move when you genuinely fear its name coming across the screen.

Another thing that makes Big Bang so vicious is that it inflicts "sap" on your characters too. And you can't heal sap. You'll just leak HP all through the fight. Zeromus is a dirty hateful, fucker. :monster:

The final battle with Sephiroth was cool and memorable but it isn't the hardest , I'd say personally The Final boss from FFVIII with Ultimecia when she knew maelstrom and you had to go through her 4 different forms...uch that wasn't fun.

But he is kind enough to dispel "Sap" when he uses Black Hole.:monster:

Big Bang for its crazy damage. Zeromus is the only Final Boss in the entire series that gave me trouble.

Zeromus is the only Final Boss that still had me worried at level 99 cause Big Bang gives you sap and if you aren't completely leveled out he can really damage you if he does it more than once. Sephiroth's Supernova was largely a show, yeah it gives you critical HP but most people can put a healing spell to use pretty quickly before he uses it. Ultimecia's Great Attractor didn't hurt my characters cause she never got a chance to use it. She's the easiest boss after Sephy. Necron's Grand Cross is quite annoying even at level 99 cause of the status effects.

Big Bang. I remember having a lot of trouble with that boss fight.

Grand Cross was really annoying, too, mostly because of the status effects; I had some protective abilities equipped but they didn't take care of all the possible status effects.

Fist time I fought Sephy he used it twice. I nearly cried.

But it is the only one I have experienced first hand so my vote!

lol at Supernova winning this. It's not even that powerful.

The poll is really asking two different things: which attack is the most memorable, and which is the most destructive. So yeah, Supernova is probably more memorable, but Big Bang is definitely the most destructive.

Big Bang, no question. Not many non-WEAPON bosses require your levels be 90+.

But then again, think about what made the fight so hard: you had exactly one healer. If Rosa goes down, you have to use two character's turns to get her back (Life + Heal/Elixir, no one else has a Life2 iirc). By that point everyone is half dead, so you pray Rosa can fire off a Cure4 before Zeromus takes your anal virginity.

Technically you have two healers if you're willing to sacrifice Cecil's attack every turn :monster:

But yeah, hard fight is haaaaaaaaaaard.

Yeah I lost count of how many times I had to use Life2 on her.

I just gave up on pretty much everyone except for Cecil and Rosa, and just had Rosa cast Cure 4 every turn and Cecil attack like crazy.

Most of the time I needed both cure spells per turn just to keep Rosa alive so I ended up having to have everyone else do the attacking :(

Cecil's spells suck though, and Cure2 ain't gonna cut it. Good pots are a must. I usually have Cecil be the item guy until Edge runs out of crap to throw.

IIRC, there wasn't a max limit on any one item, i.e. you can have multiple entries of 99. Surely you could spoil one of those extra ones? :monster:
