I'm going to be playing as a Predator 99% of the time so it'll be next to impossible for me to be scared.

AvP2 used to be scary, but the more I played it the more hardened I became. I think AvP2 killed horror games for me to a degree

Tbh i was actuallylooking forward to Aliens collonial marines more than an acp2 game.
Even if the colonial marines game has now been postponed until next year.

This demo comes out tonight (well, Thursday, but tonight depending on how late you stay up), and the full game comes out next Tuesday. I'm pretty damned excited. Can't wait to zoom around as an Alien & face-bite some people. Though for the sake of being totally freaked out, I'm playing through the Marine campaign first, Alien 2nd, Predator last.

There's a ton of info on AvP Galaxy if anyone wants to see the new trailers, etc.

Eh. I haven't really seen anything about Colonial Marines to get me excited.

It's the film aliens in game form, if it's anything like the film storyline wise, it should be decent.

As for AvP 2, i can't fucking wait.

True. I was thinking this as well, but the more I think about it, the tougher time I have trying to think of what other demo would give the ability to play as all 3 races, without having to have 3 seperate tiny campaigns. Team Deathmatch might've gone over better, but meh. I'm still more excited for the other Multiplayer agmeplay modes & the single player. Especially after seeing the recent Marine footage.
