1. You can't.

2. You play it your old PSP.

3. You hope they thought about that and will release the game in a compatible format.

4. You realise that this new PSP will be released (probably) months later after Dissidia.

I've argued earlier somewhere that the next handheld consoles will no longer have / rely on stuff like cartridges, and voila, thar you go. I'm pretty sure Sony will / would re-release a lot of their PSP titles onto whichever online store they're going to offer their games on.

Call me old fashioned but I really don't think it's a very good idea. I have a thing for box-art anyway, so...
