Nightmare fuel?

We have the childhood fears thread, but what I want to ask for now is some scary, strange, or generally WTF stuff that would scare you as an adult. It can be anything you've come across on Internet or in other media.

For example-- despite myself, this flash game ended up giving me the willies. :scared:

Bust out your Rubber Johnnies and even your Mindfuck macros, I want the best you've got!

...your link won't work for me! :sadpanda:

I'll post here tomorrow with stuff I found. I have to dig up my browsing history. :monster:

I'm not an adult though.

Awesome. :awesomonster:

I see it worked for Integra :wacky:, but is the link not working for anyone else? :sadpanda: I can try to find another.

Also wanted to link 99 rooms. An oldie, but a goodie IMO.

I so want to post something I showed Adri last night, but I fear that even if I spoiler it and mark it as nsfw, I'll still get banned for it. >>

There are some sights more 'scarier' (not to mention, disturbing), but I won't post them because I most likely will be banned if I even bothered trying linking to those sites. But for now:

^I'll have to point out that the site isn't real, but it still gave me the creeps nevertheless.

http://www.oculart.com/
^ Flash site. Like 99 Rooms.

... That's all for now, on the top of my head. :monster:

But yes, this stuff is very entertaining.

LOVIN' this! I found the flash games kinda boring but this, this is good stuffs. I love things like this - one of the reasons I liked the Blair Witch Project so much was because of all the tie-ins, like websites, blogs and so on.

I'm sure I found a similar sort of thing a few years back, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. :( If I do, I'll post it here.

Thanks for the link! It's kept (and is still keeping) me entertained. I'm hooked!

Edit: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/search/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1000913874 It didn't go ahead tho'. :(

No problem, I like visiting sites like those too. There are a series of sites relating to that case - if I manage to find it, I'll link them to you. :) It's kind of like a puzzle. :monster:

Probably more. I need to search for them. :monster:

Also, there are similar sites to the Diohneha house, not related though. Just horror document stories on the Internet:

I've been reading them all!! Got hubby and a friend reading them too. There's this one as well: http://loreenmathers.livejournal.com/

Once I've finished reading the last blog (and have finished reading all the different theories and commentaries that I've found on Google) I'll have a look at the other two.

It's a pity this hasn't been picked up again by Hollywood because it's exactly the type of movie I'd love. Hah-hah. Especially since it's never actually explained!

The caver one was boring. A lot of tl;dr followed by a disappointing ending. Boooooo to that one. :P

The Blog at the End of the World might have been good, but there wasn't much to it. Unless I'm missing something? I could see only five entries and the link to the 'first entry' was dead. :(

Looking up more spooky stories now - this has really got my interest fired up.

I remembered the site I was thinking about: http://www.ilovebees.com/ although I think that's more of an alternate reality game. And it isn't very nightmarish, sorry.
