Overall we can say,
the rhymes on here are overdone
Nevertheless you overachieved
The happy happy joy joy inside me
You may have even overheard
A rumour that may seem absurd
But it can't be oversaid enough
That I love you guys... y'know n stuff
I know my faults I switch my moods
get overbearing or unbearably rude
You overlook my over-hype
My occasional inability to type
My overopinionated views on life
My melancholy, self fulfilling strife
All this you see but overlook
You locate the best in every nook
Last night it's true I overdrank
a litre of gin in my body bank
If I overspoke or said
stuff that made me wish I were dead
Then please excuse my overuse
of my voice & any behaviour aloof
My memory got overworked
and just what happened remains to lurk
Though it seems I went to bed
With all on Skype so let it be said
That we have indeed now slept together
& gotta be friends whatever the weather
(and yes the morning brought a hangover
that only 36 years of being semi-sober
helped me handle it leik a pro)
