So in order for me to form an opinion about this I need to hear the music from XIV and the video on the OP has been taken down 
They're probably fairly lax about copying in video game companies because it's music for a video game, but they shouldn't be allowed to be lax about it when it's treated just like commercial music when the soundtracks are released.
Also, ah Powerman 5000. That takes me back to the days of listening to AWK, Slipknot, Korn, Murderdolls, Manson et al. Good times.
