Question about the FF7 Ultimania Omega (2005)

Does anyone know if the story summary content in the book is approved by the developers of the game? For example would the developers take issue with the Ultimania author giving Act names and Chapter titles such as Act 2 being called "Pursuit" with chapter titles that describe the content of this act?

Why are you assuming that in an officially licensed book that holds their commentary, thoughts and insights from development that they'd have a problem with it's structured organization of the story?

Like, why is that even an assumption? That's very strange. The writers don't have to OK every single minute detail or individual aspect of an officially licensed work in their name that carries their own commentary. That's just tedious.

I was arguing with someone else who was assuming that kind of stuff and I thought the best place to get some feedback on the subject was here.
