Anyway. No more fucking movies. The first was kinda alright imo but it went all downhill when Anderson decided to make his wife a God Mode Sue.

...I still can't get over the fact she beat Nemesis in a fucking fistfight. Although it was funny as fuck when she got a piece of helicopter slammed into her face.

It was so fucking terrible, even my expectations of how terrible it will be were disappointed.

I mean, even with the previous three movies I could see how someone, somewhere would find it entertaining. Maybe someone who has never played a Resident Evil game, or ever seen a movie.

It was just so fucking boring. I don't get it. There were zombies, and monsters, and fanservice. And I still wanted to fall asleep.

Did anyone actually enjoy this movie? I haven't heard a single good word about this movie from anyone. Not a one.

It seems like a universal failure. I don't know who'd want to inject cash into this franchise. Is there some senile, old rich fart who thinks the best way to spend his lifetime wealth is to fund movies not even Uwe Boll would dare put his name to?

I'm surprised though - they've got Wesker, Jill, and Claire... shouldn't you know... his actual rival, Chris, be included? Not that I want him to be! He's my favorite RE male and I don't need him destroyed. (Wait.. unless they did add him. Please tell me that's not so )

That scene with the executioner made me lol. It just seems so... stupid. Claire's durr faces aren't really helping the scene.

Lol the big "final battle" was complete shit. Whoever the guy they got to be Wesker is, he took a big fat, corn riddled dump on the character as much as the script did.

I like how he's doing all of this teleporting crap that he did in the game, and Alice stabs him in the head out of nowhere. Chris and Claire didn't do shit(they were just stand ins in a poor recreation of the fight from the game) but Ms Alice has no issue stabbing him easily.

I've only heard one person enjoy this movie, and thats from someone who isnt really an RE fan, and enjoys it purely to see what the hell the pull out of their ass. It's so random he enjoys the hell out of it.

Here's something that I'd like to point out:

The subtle 3D was actually quite clear. Much better than when they tried to make you OMG over it by shooting things at the camera. That's gimmicky and shouldn't be what 3D is about. For example: The slow opening sequence of Tokyo in the rain was odd, but the ability to clearly distinguish depth of field was fairly impressive. There's plenty of moments where things are slow and clear, and showcase lots of depth, but they don't really seem to fit the film. To me, it feels like he wants to be filming shots in another movie, but could only get funding if he made it Resident Evil. Does that make any sense?

I saw the 4th one the other day. It comes out earlier here in the states

It made me shit myself, but I get scared pretty easily.

DEAR GOD do not watch those shitty movies. The games are awesome but the movies are absolute shit, and ruins EVERYTHING about Resident Evil. Especially the newest movie, I wanted to shoot myself in the face because they ruined all of my favorite characters.
