Today's session was recorded. I have the option to upload it to YouTube, as a whole or in 15-minute segments. I'm feeling that it might be more appropriate for me to upload it to the Lifestream's YouTube channel rather than any of mine. Does this sound OK for everyone and if so can I get access to the channel?

EDIT: Learned now that I have 14 days before the video is deleted. That's my deadline. Deadline. Line of Death.
EDIT#2: Oh wait, if I place the video under "Highlights" it will be saved indefinitely. =)

After a lot of thinking and talking, this is the current plan:

Split the stream into 1-hour segments. Sunday's stream will thusly be in 4 parts.

The original plan was to upload to the Lifestream channel, due to the stream being in conjunction with the site's birthday, but on second thought I don't want to upload an incomplete stream to that channel. I can say almost for certain that I will never record a re-stream of the first two thirds of DC. Uploading an incomplete work would feel like littering the official channel. Will upload to Shademp channel instead.

If anybody disagrees with this plan, speak now or forever hold your peace because I begin uploading tomorrow and on Wednesday.

Im not 100% against it being on the TLS channel. I'd love you to do stuff for the channel. It just might confuse people. Well, we already have lots of incomplete playthroughs already.

If anybody wants to do any content for the channel, that's what it's there for.

So far only Mage has voiced a request for the Saturday stream to be re-streamed. If more people request this, it is more likely to happen (and if a re-stream gets recorded we can have a full playthrough uploaded).

All four parts have now been uploaded to the TLS YouTube channel. I created a playlist on my own channel.

Alright. The re-stream WILL HAPPEN. Now the best possible weekend day must be chosen.

Planned time is 12:00-20:00 GMT or UTC. Apparently UTC (Coordinated Universal Time WHAT THE HECK WHY ISN'T IT CALLED CUT?!) is the one you're supposed to use.

Sweden: UTC + 2
Britain: UTC
USA, North Carolina: UTC - 4
Australia, Sydney: UTC + 10

So when streaming during 12:00-20:00 UTC, the time for Tres will be 08:00-16:00. Or in American speak, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.


Which day will fit the most people? Saturday October 4 or Sunday October 5? If that weekend is not optimal, then the weekend after that will be considered.

I don't mind when you restream because I was good and actually turned up for most of it

But I really think a 'Shademp streams all the things' thing should be a thing. You should work your way through all the FFVII stuff you have, and then move onto other stuff. Chrono Trigger.....Secret of Mana. OOH Shadow of the Colossus! Stuff like that.

If I were you, I'd skip another run of 'Dirge' and do a VII playthrough as part of 'The Lifestream live playthroughs' or some stuff.

But first I want to restream Dirge of Cerberus Chapters 1 through 9 (will not re-stream the final chapters) so that those who missed the Saturday stream can enjoy it and so we can have a complete playthrough recorded.

Thanks for the clarification. If you do it Saturday, I'll definitely be tuning in -- probably not right from the start, but by 11:00 or so.

If you do it on Sunday, I'll try to join in, but I get up at 9:00 on Sundays to be at church discussion group by 9:45, then attend the service at 11:00.

I trust that people will take the time to watch the videos for parts they will have missed.

EDIT: I will be clear during the stream that this is in fact a re-stream. A lot of commentary will be repeated from last time, but I should be able to change things up a little.

On September 25th TheLifestreamNet turned six years old. Having recently done a lot of DC playthroughs and research, I offered to stream a playthrough in conjunction with this celebration. MY FIRST STREAM EVER. The stream, on Twitch, was divided to a Saturday and a Sunday session (September 27th and 28th). However only the Sunday session was successfully recorded.

On Saturday October 4th (tomorrow) I will replay the Saturday session so it can be properly recorded and thusly provide us with a full video playlist to upload to YouTube. You can watch the Sunday stream here.

According to the world clock, 12:00-20:00 UTC corresponds to 08:00-16:00 in New York. Translation: 8 A.M. to 4 P.M this Saturday.

In Sweden my time will be 14:00-22:00, because my time zone is UTC+2.

Being overwhelmed by my lack of passion for this restream, I had to cancel it early. I only streamed a playthrough of Chapter 1.

I am terribly sorry for disappointing you guys. Tres set his alarm clock in vain and Mage will probably rage now. But I couldn't allow myself to stream without the appropriate amount of passion. I could barely get myself to talk today when I first began. If I ever stream Chapters 1-9 again, I have to be ABSOLUTELY SURE that I can replicate the level of quality my September 27 stream had.


I will upload today's stream to my own YouTube channel, but only so that people who receive the link can watch it.
