Did anyone else notice in acc theres that scene with Reno a Rude talking but Reno starts talking about other emplyees, he calls them the 'old bunch'. I mean it may just be me but he seemed rather fond of them as if he knew them, I thought he might be talking about the bc turks maybe.

Could be. As long as Square Enix don't elaborate, we are free to read into it whatever we like. I took it to mean the employees generally - the secretaries, the IT guys, the fleet manager, HR, maintenance and so on.... Actually, I thought it was quite a nice touch. What else would people do when the dust has settled after a disaster, except return to what they know?

I'm jsut curious which ones continued working for Rufus and which ones went to the WRO.

Or what if the ones that went to the WRO are still working for Rufus!!

But where would they be working now? Junon? Obviously Shinra HQ is in complete and utter ruins and Midgar is uninhabitable.

I always thought they were referring to the office clerks, secretaries, etc too.

@X-SOLDIER: That would depend if any of them came back to ShinRa since they all left the company but it wouldn't be suprising since for a few of them working for ShinRa is all they've ever known.

But either way I bet Female Gun (aka Rosalind) was helping in the search since Elena is her little sister and she wouldn't stand by while her own kin is in trouble.

Also I bet there would at least have to still be some people from other areas of ShinRa working for Rufus since people need to make a living and he's got the money.

yeah i agree, I think Gun (rosalind) would probably be helping since Elenas in volved though i doubt Elena would know.
And i thought at first he meant IT guys and secretarys but then i realised Reno said it in a way that i figured it had to be the bc turks who else would he be so pleased about and describer in such a way. Can't see him being all chummy with the scientists and IT people really.

Though i think cissnei (shurkien) and probably Rod would come back since they seemed very loyal, and shinras all Cissnei knew.
But i don't think Elena would know about it , i don't think she'd take so well to her sister being alive and all.

EDIT- also @xianghua4kilik: Even tho Elena didn't get along that well with Rosalind, they are sisters so I'm sure she'd still love her, heck, I bet when she was held captive that deep down she'd be praying for her big sister to come help her (Cause she knows Rosalind is alive since all the BC Turks showed up just before meteor arrived to help evacuate the civilians, also Elena was happy to see her then).
