Yeah, go to edit options > message editor interface > standard editor. There isn't a smilies box that'll show up in quick reply currently, though I suppose I could put a link to all the smilies code if people really want it.

I added a ton of facepalm smilies because someone said we needed moar, and the big Duhard because it's a staple of message boards.
