Some shocking recycling... [SPOILERS LINKED]

I never noticed this in the several times that i've watched ACC, but apparently someone did. A japanese blog has a set of shots from the film which show the same guy in many scenes. The last 4 or 5 shots do contain some minor spoilers, but the last shot is quite shocking, and also quite hilarious. The link is below:

Sorry about that, it's really late and i'm tired. I couldn't find the password for this section because of the aforementioned reason. I just thought that if I plastered "SPOILERS" on it then it'd be ok. But once again, I apologize.

@ Katrak: No I didn't actually. Like I said in the OP, I didn't even notice in ACC, which is clearer. The only time I saw him (in both AC and ACC) was in the scene by the monument when Yazoo brings out the behemoths. I just think that last shot is funny, that fact that he's there twice and they're about 10 feet apart is hilarious.

Also, re-using background character models in a movie with this amount of background characters isn't that odd, actually. Except the fact that this one gets eaten.

Couldn't it just be the same character if he managed to escape being killed? He's never shown multiple times in the same cut & he has brief speaking lines... I'm pretty sure it's just meant to be one guy from how I watched it.

The first three are obviously intentionally the same guy who bumps into the kids & then yells at Yazoo/Loz later. Then he runs & gets pursued by Shadow Creepers, escapes & follows the kids down to the church.

I seriously don't think it's recycling, I just think it's supposed to be a recognizable NPC-type character.
