Not one? Come on, I knew when I saw the other entries I wouldn't win, but not even a single vote?

Don't be so down. You just have a lot of improvements to make, but everyone learns a little at a time, you just have to be patient and practice more. :}

Yeah, it doesn't help I don't really have any photo editing softwhere, not for the kinds of effects the other entries have.

I'm sure some of the peeps here probably know where to get PS for free (as it costs $700+ otherwise). I have Corel (PaintShopPro) which was about $100. It's worth finding something if you like making tags and want to learn new things and get better.

So I guess contests over who can make the coolest rectangular box is another thing people can take way too seriously. The internetz have taught me something new again. :loopy:

Lol. Agree. Find a real successful thing in life to have a fucking ego about.

From what I've heard Gimp is pretty weird, like it has some tiny glitches that get a bit annoying. I tried it for a little bit a long time ago and I can't say I liked it myself. Just my take on it.

It's worth trying out for a beginner though, probably, since it has layers at least.

Well, like you say it's good for beginners. I mean it's better than not having any program at all. Also it's free, and that seemed to be a key point on Drake's priority list. :)

Also there's paint.net. I don't know much about that one, though. I've never used either of these programs.
