Well I just figured that was supposed to be funny. But the not being able to catch him (although Zack actually overtook him at one point in my game) angered me. I was so happy when I got to kill him.

One of the greatest joy of CC, getting to kill that fats fuck Hollander.

yeah, he was pretty irritating. XD I breezed through the game though because of doing all the side missions.
