Yeah, the last time the project came up, they said there was an animation project. Not that it'd be a full blown japanese anime.

Because the first thing I thought when I watched Supernatural was "this is SO anime".

I mentioned to Alex earlier that I thought the first 2 series' would benefit from this. As Supernatural has gone on it seems like their budget has gone up noticably and the quality of the visuals in the show have too. Needless to say it means that in contrast the first 2 seasons lack the same quality as the later ones.

Anime up the first two. T'will be nice to see.

^I agree Dean's character design isn't great. However, overall it looks good, so Im willing to give it the benefit of the doubt until I have watched a couple of episodes. I supposed I'm more intrigued than anything about how well it will work as an anime...

This looks cool, but it doesn't show us enough for a sound judgment.
