Tennyo (Elena Fisher) is stepping down as a Mod

Her real life concerns, including two jobs, are taking their toll on her, and she does not need to be burdened with the extra issues of being a moderator.

She will still try and be around, she's not leaving, but she won't be around much, necessarily, which is part of why I'm making this announcement for her, though she's more than welcome to add her own words if she wants.

This does not yet affect anything about the current discussions on a new moderator or necessarily open up 'additional' moderator positions. We'll see where things go from here.
