I do love the show and still watch it, but I haven't laughed so hard since the Amy and vapour rub episode. There are funny bits here and there, but not enough to make me cry while I'm laughing.

I was alright with the show till one episode preview said something about " The main girls head into something that no woman has head into before "! Which was the Comic Book and Video Games store.

Excuse me show ? You saying that no girl likes Comics or Video Games ? Let alone Female lovers of Comic Books and Video Games don't even exist ?!?

Ugh that episode was the last straw for me, not only was there that ridiculous thing with girls and comic books but then the other storyline of the episode was the boys going to Comic Con. They are dressed in Star Trek outfits, they get their car stolen, people throw things at them and get mocked throughout the episode and all of it is treated as something funny and we should all laugh at their misery and outrageous notion of dressing up for Comic Con.

That's just Impossible I laughed at how the show portrays it. I've seen alot of girls in Comic Con that are drop dead gorgeous and surprising to be fans of comics during my travels! How TBBT portrays them as inept and unable to comprehend comic books is just odd, as it is something that women may have grown up with.

I notice the show tend to mock nerd culture, for reference search up "big bang theory dungeons and dragons" which i dont mind so much.

But in some cases, i like this character because i wanna be like him.

Well i have aspergers aswell. So my chances are high then. I think its funny, it makes fun of nerd culture or mocks it, and i can take high regard while playing the original FF games and just have a good time ^^. I mean its not like i get enjoyment of people getting hurt, just when people take it too seriously. Then its funny.

I think Big Bang started with good intentions at some point, then the show took off, and it started become more about the laughs, and mean spirited about it, and then just kinda became routine.

I'm not offended by it or anything, but I'm not getting the same laughs out of it that I did the first time I watched the first three or four seasons, and I don't plan to return to it.

Sheldon is...interesting. He's infuriating, but somewhere in the show thanks to Amy in particular, he starts to adapt a little, and becomes less of an insufferable one note annoyance.
