Yeah, you can change it (among a lot of useful things) in settings. Square Enix actually was quite thorough in the options they provided, IMO.

Yeahhh; seriously...thanks Lex!! The difference between 3 and 1 is still nowhere near big enough for my liking, but even as is, it's the difference between me being able to play smoothly, and me sweating in confused anxiety any time there's a crowd or notable zoom-in...anddd, because of the way the option is relatively buried [at least for such an essential option], it woulda taken me foreeeever to dig it up, sooo...yeah, thanks : )
Some of my only real 'complaints' about this lovely ³work of art thus far...

I found it while playing the demo and got really excited. I'd like to zoom out further still but additional field of view can take a lot more resources to run so I'm at least grateful they allowed us to pan out a little.
