I never thought about that. I can do that. This was originally a video for a friend. And I figured well, why not just upload the video.
video description said:E3 is over... 15 years ago. IGN has made then, for the first time, its Wireless Games Awards.
Within the titles available for me, and on a period accurate hardware, I am trying to re-experience the games from the E3 2006 IGN Wireless Games Awards roster as if it were 2006.
This is part 1 of 2.
For some reason the LG VX8600 I have did not produce any sounds in BREW. It did make calls. I could not resolve the issue whether the phone was faulty, or the game versions were incompatible, so, I added some soundtrack from the Youtube Audio Library.
Oh my, thanks so much for sharing! I had no idea that the midi soundrack has been available on Youtube all this time. I have the OST too (well, downloaded from somewhere), and I was so surprised that the tracks sound different, with heavy guitars and all. Elfe's Theme and Black Beat are absolutely charming in their in-game versions, in my opinion. It turns out that the OST for Before Crisis on the CD is different than the one from the game. Here is a playlist of the original OST from the game. You will notice some differences from the CD and the Phone ost. It was difficult for me to find something like this.

No need to be, it's indeed in German. My German skills have become quite rusty with the years, but I'll give it a watch and perhaps will be able to catch some interesting bits and pieces. Otherwise I can forward it to a couple of German FF fans I know.Video is in German, I could be wrong. If I am, sorry.
This is quite funny how the reporter in the video calls video game characters and cosplayers/entertainers "freaks" Not that much interesting, unfortunately. A lot of stuff was prohibited to take footage of. Square Enix showcased their material "behind closed doors" and with "enhanced security measures". The presenter complains about the lack of FFXII news and the limited capasity of certain booths despite high demand. Advent Children screening room allowed only up to 30 people, and the viewers were handed out a pair of glasses and big over-ear headphones. Dirge of Cerberus was only introduced, and Vincent Valentine was mentioned as the protagonist. An Advent Children trailer was included in that DVD the video was ripped off, so the presenter suggested the video be watched therefore he didn't speak much about it during the show. "Square Enix is going on butchering Final Fantasy VII as a whole Compilation including AC and DC, and now there's a completely new mobile game Before Crisis, which has just come out and is currently available in Japan." That's literally all there is about FF titles in the video.Tokyo Game Show 2004
Video is in German, I could be wrong. If I am, sorry. Tokyo Game Show 2004 was the first convention Square Enid showed off Before Crisis Final Fantasy VII.

You just straight up opened a time tunnel into the early aughts. Thank you so much.
You wouldn't happen to have any other magazine scans from old school FFVII stuff, would you?
