From what I've heard it's not that bad of a movie. And get this, He's planning on doing a sequel, involving more pieces to his creation, hence the "first sequence" in the title

they do get connected, the guy in the front kills himself, and the girl in the back dies from all the shit shes eating. the surgeon gets killed, and the movie ends with the middle girl still sewn in between the 2 corpses.

Plus, the 100% medically accurate at the end of the trailer always makes me lul

According to what I read about regarding Josef Mengel's research in cojoined twins, it IS possible to perform such a medical procedure depicted in the film but the only problem is that the patient(s) WILL die if not constantly sanitized and taken care of, I'd say our boy's little experiments will have but 2 weeks to live before they finally give out. How one sees the 100% medically accurate tagline is based purely on certain perspectives.

We knew the general ending but it was only through playing Crisis Core you actually saw it! I mean, they could have shown us a shadow of the centipede thing if they really wanted to show us what happens at the end. It's like dangling a string in front of a cat and then actually giving it to them. It ruins the fun.

Horror movies today need to cross that threshold of depravity and go into the just plain 'twisted fuck' territory. This looks like something that'll actually creep the shit out of you, and make you think something's truly wrong with whoever wrote this.
