Sometimes knowing the ending isn't that bad. Journey, not the destination, etc etc. Same logic with say, Crisis Core.

I kinda lolled through Audition. It was the first/only Takashi Miike movie I've seen and I didn't find it scary at all It didn't live up to my expectations.

its actually not that gory from reviews I've seen, no where near saw or hostle or anything like that. it's more about the horror of the situation

EDIT: Ok, that was actually a pretty damn good movie. It's REALLY not as bad as it seems. if you watched the trailer, you've seen all the shocking stuff (mainly the 3 hooked together). About half the movie is them locked together, but you dont actually see anything.
There's only one shitting scene, you dont see anything, and it's over in like 30 sec.

Basically, if you saw the trailer, and you enjoy horror movies, give it a watch. You really wont be disappointed. Most of the reactions to the trailer are just the initial shock of the concept.
