Well, if you're a mod and see a thread / post in the moderation that doesn't belong there, just approve it (tick it, approve). I dunno if posts that require moderation are displayed as such though. The moderation queue in the Mod CP should at the very least show it - that is, if anyone ever checks that.

If not, we should make that a habit, .

Is it possibly an IP address you banned/modded that's connected to the others? I've had people that couldn't post because their IPs were similar to a banned individual's IP.

Ran through the mod CP, all posts / threads / visitor messages that were in the moderation queue should be good now.

If there's ever any other post / thread / message that appears in the mod CP, feel free to remind any active mod / admin / Great Old One to go and approve it through the mod CP, preferably through a PM since that'll give 'em a popup (whereas a thread won't, )
