Tifa and Zack!?!? How about NO

Why, why WHY is it that Cleriths seem to love pairing these two together, it just doesn't make sense. This has got to be one of THE crackiest FF7 pairings ever.

And don't give me the fact that they had a scene together in Crisis Core as evidence, that was just ONE FUCKING LITTLE SCENE!! THEY BARELY KNOW EACH OTHER!!

I don't know it just seems like the Cleriths haven't even given any thought to this pairing other than the fact that its: "Ooh, ooh, Aeris and Zack were in a relationship and loved each other, Cloud and Tifa loved each other, Cloud and Aeris are starting to love each other, therefore Tifa and Zack must also love each other!!!!"

Yeah......no it doesn't work that way. Just because the two couples slightly parallel one another doesn't mean they're meant to parallel each other exactly and the two couples do a do-si-do of partners.

I don't know....It almost seems like the reason these two even get paired up together by Cleriths is so that they can get out of the way, step down from both Cloud and Aeris and just have each other.

A lot of Clotis and other people who don't care much for the LTD seem to like to pair them together as well.

They are one of those, "They are hot so lets fap to it," pairings.

Eh don't see what's so hot about them together. I mean alone or with other people I agree they do look hot, but together I don't know they seem to cancel each other out and would seem like a really boring couple.

Well, I admit that I have seen them paired together just to try to appease people who want Cloud/Tifa.

But, that's not the only reason.

If you don't like them, fine, but other people do, so...I guess you'll just have to accept that.

(Clack and AerTi, WI YES PLZ <3 <3) But seriously, Tifa/Zack is just plain weird!! Hell they barely interact out of all the possible combinations of pairings with these four characters.

And actually, I think Zack x Tifa is more canon than Cloud x Tifa and Cloud x Aerith. See, Tifa texted Zack a lot and they were friends. She came to him with her thoughts. And sure she said she hated him but the pain in her eyes spoke volumes - she loved Zack and was conflicted between him and Cloud. But in the end it's clear she still loved Zack, because in FFVII and she visits his home town it talks about a girlfriend. That can't be Aerith, because she was being boned by Tseng at the time. Cissnei wanted Zack's nuts, but he never showed interest. That leaves Tifa.

Also I think I would like to make a comparison, much like you've done with Inuyasha. See, watching Spongebob I noticed that Spongebob and Patrick are alot like Zack and Tifa. Really close friends that fight, which is the EXACT balance that Zack and Tifa have. The Crabby Patty is comparable to the buster sword. My logic is irrefutable.

Its not really that wierd. Hell, compared to mast fan pairings in FFVII its perfectly normal. You want a wierd one, look over at Sephiroth/Aerith. Theres one that REALLY makes no sense.

Wait WHUT 0.0 those things never happened in the games at all. Tifa and Zack barely knew each other.

Also hope I'm not being OT here (If I am please let me know Mods) but I'd like to clarify what you meant by the Inuyasha comment. When did I ever make a comparison with Inuyasha 0.0
