Background - Why we are doing a phase 3

So I let the populace vote on whether or not they wanted to do a proper phase 3 for actual votes. I would give the edge to Phase 3 in the case of a tie for a few reasons: it's always been done like that, the decision to change it was made solely by me and as I'm the guy running it I feel like I get to lean in whichever way I like and in this case I felt the arguments for it were convincing enough. Not to discredit those who argued against it, many of whom did so to "back me up" which I appreciate.

That said, this comes down to a board thing, not a Jason thing and the results are in. 10 votes for each (the poll still lists 11/9 but Tennyo changed her vote on the last night). Ergo we are going to do a third voting phase.



Phase 3 Rules
1. The polls will be open until 1/10/16. That will give people 10 days to vote which should be more than sufficient.
2. The polls will be standard - not the name-revealing kind.
3. These will be multi-answer polls and you can vote for as many as you like... but try to keep it reasonable we have to pick winners here folks.
4. Exception to the above rule: You can only vote for 1 person in the High Honors categories (Best Overall Poster, Lifetime Achievement) or any category which had less than 5 nominees. For the former it's just to make them a bit more exclusive and for the latter, again we have to pick out winners here.
