Oh! I suppose one thing worth noting is that there's an album for the finished avatars now.

Behold! Avec and Alex looking like siblings as well as the next door neighbours to the Two Badasses With A Giant Ass Cat with Kionae acting as their own Giant Ass Cat (what a mouthful )

I feel like Avec's character would be the Straight (Wo)Man/Only Sane Person trope in this wacky pretend comedy of ours, lol. Alex would be the best friend that always gets caught up in the antics of the Badasses. Kionae and Anemone probably conspire with each other behind the humans backs

As stated, ChipNoir, Channy, and Kimble/Joker are next in line!

Oh, and to everyone who is still waiting on their avatars, please don't feel jilted because I went ahead and did this small request haha. Part of the process of me drawing these chibis is literally me just sitting there brainstorming and trying to come up with a new pose or whatever. Sometimes my brain freezes when I'm trying to do so so working on tiny little changes is just another way to pass the time that I would've otherwise just spent not physically working on the portraits anyway~

Is there any way we can have labels or nametags or something? I'm starting to lose track of who's who.

^You mean in my signature lol? Rest assured that nametags will be present in the final picture! The reason why I haven't bothered with labelling folks in my signature anymore is because I found the names to be hard to read anyway given how tiny each chibi is. Besides, I'm gonna do something Fancy™ with said names to ensure their visibility when I'm working on the final product. I think it's a waste of time bothering with it for just the signatures. Indeed, when I find some time to get to my computer later on, I'll preview an example of what I mean to do with the names. I guess that would give everyone a chance to give some feedback.

Actually, you've given me an idear. I'll have an active WIP of what is to be the final picture visible on the main post, nametags and all. It'll be huge, though, and under a spoiler cut.

Also, I'm assuming you want to be in the portrait, yeah? Please everyone who may be casually following this thread and are interested in being in the portrait fill out the survey found near the end of the main post so I don't have to chase after you later *sob sob*. Please, no one assume that I'm going to draw them without being asked to do so.

Seriously!! Once again, I want to take the chance to highlight just how amazing this is, not (just) because of the individual work it takes but because of how many of us there are here.

^You have great timing with your words, Alex, 'cause I've actually been feeling a bit down about the whole thing lately and needed to read that. Been overthinking each picture and then worrying about not being able to pull this whole thing off and disappointing everyone, and then stressing about keeping people waiting and blargh! I just need to take a deep breath (as many have advised me to do, haha. Love you guys).

So, again! Great timing. Thank you so much, Alex! You guys have been great to work with and your enthusiasm and kind words have made this project worth it.

Also, pleased as punch to see your portrait avatar in your signature, Kinoae! I take it as a compliment.

Not that I expect to see everyone use their portrait avatars in a signature or anything. Blah, see what I mean about overthinking? I'll hush now.
