I'd like to watch it at the same time, tbh. Definitely cooler that way and doesn't feel like some lame book of the month club. Plus, I think its really awesome to watch something with friends at the same when they're on the other side of the world.

I was thinking (because I had little else better to think about today) maybe there could be a theme for the month's films (based on genre, country of origin, etc.). Like a month of world cinema, sci-fi/horror month, and so on. But then if someone didn't like the theme for a particular month it wouldn't be much fun for them

I've not seen all of Firefly so I'd have to give Serenity a miss. I have Gran Torino and Dead Space: Downfall on my watching list, personally. Don't know if they'd make good suggestions or not, though.

Vent would be best for something like this, which is an awesome idea that the girls over on Digital Flare sometimes do (and I once partook in).

Skype crashes too much, that and there would be echo, and everything you do and say the others can hear.

Vent has push-to-talk, which is nice.

We just need to rent a server :/
