I'm aiming for midday pick-ups from Brum airport so I can get the minibus in the morning, Manchester pick-ups are kinda dependent on when everyone arrives in Brum TBH.

Awesome, I was thinking I should lurk in the train station car park as it's much cheaper to park there and the folks flying in just need to hop on the skyrail over to the station.

Pick a major station (nearer the M6 is better but whatever suits), and make it around 3pm or a bit later. Alternatively I can come to yours depending on location. WE HAVE OPTIONS AND WE'RE FLEXIBLE DAMMIT!
