Rather intriguing premise and it seems the game is an online open RPG.

Definitely my highlight so far. I'm having a hard time trying to work out how they could possibly ruin this idea and what they have so far. Cannot wait for this.

I call bullshit on the nice people talking to each other while playing, we all know is gonna be more like this:

"Shoot the bad guy you moron!!! Don't you know how to fucking aim?"

"Don't take that gun I'm going to take it. You took it anyways, next time you die I'm not reviving you."

"Don't steal my kills you son of a bitch or I'll kill you."

"I said go left not right, are you retarded?"

don't get me wrong, game looks great - but those things have been present for a while already. Not exactly next gen things (sort of like the whole "XBOCKS WUN HAS WUN BILLION TRANSISTORS" lol) :monster:

To be honest, one of my "dreams" is to be able to play one such game with total inmersion. Like people acting as they would in the situation, not as players.

I know it's silly, but it sounds like tons of amazing fun.

This is the reason I play EVE Online. Never has there been a more immersive multiplayer game where players behave exactly as their online avatars would (or vice versa)

Saying that, I'd love for the same kind of experience to be present in other games.

Two things:

1. This game has an odd name. Tom Clancy's The Division. Oh, is he?

2. This game is set in a post-apocalyptic world... without zombies. For once. That alone makes me a little bit interested in playing it.

I know. It's just a funny title, grammatically. If I said "Rover's the dog", you would think I meant "Rover is the dog", not "the dog that is Rover's", wouldn't you?

It didn't turn up in the post tomorrow, which is highly unusual since I've never ever not received a game on launch day that I've preordered (apart from one other time). I'll more than likely play at the weekend when timezones and work isn't an issue.

I actually didn't realize those were players talking to themselves at first. I was thinking it was just really shitty voice acting. :monster:
