How do you get the japanese characters to show up in gamefaqs documents. They always just come out as random symbols, I assumed this was because they're essentially .txt files, but is there a way to see them? I have the japanese fonts enabled, so that's not the problem.

Have you tried changing the encoding manually? I think it's usually on the menu bar under view (is in Firefox anyway), then select 'Japanese (Shift-JIS)'. That should do it.
