Oh, and not sure if they beat it yet, but they started up on Crystal.

They finished Crystal in about half the time; either Crystal is shorter / easier to do, or they were more organized. Definitely seemed much less popular though.

 

[Gym Leader Devil]

Beating Lance isn't the end of Crystal though. You haven't beaten Crystal until you've gone through Kanto all over again, gotten an extra eight badges, caught Suicune, and beaten the Elite Four and Lance AGAIN Assuming they haven't already done that, of course.

Not in just 9 days they haven't.

Unrelated, finally going back and playing Soul Silver/ Black / Black 2.

I WILL have a complete pokedex in XY. Just you wait.
