Bossk - I

Bossk are criminally underrated as a post-metal, sludge, whatever band. This 2 song, 40 minute album kicks my ass all over the place and manages to stand out in a genre where it is very difficult to do so.

This album is awesome but I wonder if the history of the album contributes something to its impact. If it didn't have such a long and (literally) bloody history behind it it might come across as a bit more dated.

This album is awesome but I wonder if the history of the album contributes something to its impact. If it didn't have such a long and (literally) bloody history behind it it might come across as a bit more dated.

The history of the album is most of the impact, imo. That being said its still an exceptional album.
