For me the last new game I finished (I've done a replay of Mass Effect 1 since) was The Last of Us and my god that game is awesome. Everything that needs to be said has already been said about it but ugh if it hasn't been played yet one oughta.

100% Would be Sonic Adventure 2 battle, after so many many years playing that thing.

THIS! When it came out on PSN I bought it again for fun (and the widescreen HD) and A ranked all the stages and missions for the first time in my life . Can't believe I finally managed it after all these years.

Soon Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn will be on this list, still 1/3 left to be finished, but oh! Normal mode is very time consuming. So many enemies on the field.

I got just under 200 hours of playtime on that game, and I have never bothered with the main story at all (past getting to the grey breads to unlock a need skill). For some reason the main story doesn't interest me at all in that game.

OT: Kings Field on PS1. Not the first time I have beaten it. I really wish more games were like the Kings Field series, but they are a very rare breed.

Hot Line Miami. Kind of a dick move that they change core gameplay mechanics for the last 4 levels. Still was fun, might dick around with it a bit more.

Also recently replayed Baldur's Gate. Twice in fact. Once at my usual melee chaotic good character. Then for something completely different played a caster that was lawful evil.

I don't really remember having a problem with the Sleeping Dogs ending, but then again I wasn't too emotionally invested because everyone was running around telling me how terrible the game was (which I still don't understand, I thought it was excellent). I was just super surprised at how much I enjoyed the gameplay. I never really expect these kinds of games to have stories that I really like. It was okay in that respect.

I like it alot more than GTA. The whole mild free running bit, and the focus on hand to hand over guns was refreshing to me. Also the city looks fucking beautiful when it rains.
