What would you add to the Gold Saucer?

If you had the ability to add minigames and other features to the Gold Saucer, whether it be on the original game or in a remake, what would you include?
Also, how would you polish and improve the already existing minigames?

Here are my first thoughts.
Additions
- The recent Theatrhythm Final Fantasy trailer made me think that a music-based rhythm game would be nice. After completing it you unlock a music library with all the game's music tracks. Not sure if this would serve best as an in-game-only feature or something you access on the game's start screen. More rewards should be given by this minigame in order to not make it redundant if the music library is available at all times.

- After mastering all the minigames to a certain degree, let the player gain access to Dio's office! The reward being a few hilarious scenes with this excentric character. For example Dio might start reminiscing about his past (much to Cloud's dismay) thus letting us know more about his character and what his history is with the Gold Saucer.
Items and key items, some just for show and some for actual use, are naturally rewarded for getting this far.

- Whether in the battle arena or in the aforementioned Dio's office, you should be able to battle this guy. He should be overpowered and some strategy should be required, but not so much to make him seem more powerful than Emerald or Ruby Weapon.

-EDIT: In the battle arena, make any previous battle in the game selectable. Even if you've defeated the two Weapon superbosses, you can re-fight them in the battle arena and keep on trying out new strategies.
(I appreciate when there is the feature to fight the überbosses again even after their first defeat).
Being able to pick your battle means levelling up and gaining items quicker, rather than having to run around hoping you get the correct monster encounter.
The option should be there to pick the battle background, so that you can pick the underwater background for the Emerald Weapon battle if you wish.
The player can choose whether to play with or without handicaps.

Improvements
- Record save feature for the submarine minigame. Record times, hi-scores and such are never saved and have no meaning in the present version of the game.
- Pause function for G-Bike minigame. Seriously, why can't you pause?!
- Being able to skip the Chocobo Race sequence when you are betting on other chocobos.
- Change the boxing minigame to a reflex-based game. As it is now, if you win or not is based purely on luck as there is no pattern to how your opponent fights. In other words, it is NOT FUN.


Again, what would you add and/or improve?

I would love to see FFVII style iterations of every minigame from the other games. Triple Triad, Chocobo Hot and Cold, Frog Catching, Thunder Plains, Tetra Master, etc. I realize that would take a while and the other games have them... but it would be cool to have the Gold Saucer act as a minigame vault for the entire series.

I'd like to see some improvements to the bike game. Give us multiple motorcycles to ride, courses to run instead of just replaying the escape from Midgar, etc. Maybe take a page from the Chocobo Races and make it possible for people other than Cloud to be in the mini-game. Tell me you wouldn't love to see Tifa riding the bike, kicking and punching the other bikes out of her way. Or better yet, don't, cause I wanna see that.
 
The "Event" square needs a serious expansion.
Perhaps have plays performed by Mukki and his friends and/or the Honey Bee girls? Or even better, have the opportunity to watch the Loveless play. If Cid is in your party, he will snore most of the time.

I smell a rope-related minigame. :awesome:
Once you complete it, Yuffie's dexterity and evasion stats will increase tremendously.

The Mog House as it is now should certainly be removed but something else based on controlling a mog might work.

In all seriousness, Mog House is a sweet cuddly story. It fails as a game though. You only interact twice by feeding Mog kupo nuts until he starts cheering and then he can fly. Then you get some GP, not from the game, but from the guy who just saw you beat the "game". This is not a game, this is a movie that freezes twice and you have to hit the Play button the right number of times. :awesome:

As it is now, it fits better in the Event Square as part of a cute theatre series about the adventures of Mog.
How the Mog House might be expanded to an actual game I do not have solid ideas on, but I had the thought that winning in this game ends up increasing the strength of your Choco/Mog summon/Materia.
Perhaps with some boosted probability to cause useful status afflictions. :hohum:
