Who was on the cargo ship? About jenovaroth, etc…please help, just finished the game.

1.if it was indeed Jenovaroth which was fighting against us in the cargo ship, and a Sephiroth clone which crossed the ocean, how is it possible? did Sephiroth morphed into the clone which crossed the ocean and at the same time he also morphed into Jenovaroth? i mean, why would a Sephiroth clone move to the other continent by himself and killing few soldiers? and what is the purpose of him crossing the ocean? (remember that it was before the clones at Nibelhime started to move. meaning before the reunion)

2. After jenovaroth threw a limb at us (In the Whirlwind Maze) and we fought Jenova Death, where did jenovaroth (the main avatar of seph) gone to? Some say seph kept jenovaroth for later because she was needed for become jenova synthesis…is it true?

3.how did jenova break loose from her container? I know seph morphed into her but still, why she couldn’t have done it herself all this time???

4.why cloud is diffrent and stronger mentally than the other copies? why he didn't succumb to seph like the rest of the copies? maybe it's related to the fact that after zack got shot, he went to midgar right and then when tifa showed up at the station, he got a little bit of confidence about his identity and about his childhood??? Because cloud was very insecure he even said that he was created from his own insecurities, (about seph being evil even though he wanted to be like him, him thinking tifa hated him, socially distant and the fact that he didn’t make into soldier, his friend died!) meaning he was supposed to be a clone, like the rest, so how he is so strong willed?

It was indeed Jenova's main body under Seph's command. Also the Reunion was always a subtle effect, but really ramped up when the main Jenova body began to move at Sephiroth's command.

Because Tifa believes in Cloud, he is Cloud. Nobody else's opinion matters to him.

oh and also, maybe you know to answer this as well: why seph's lower part of body was gone? we don't see it when we reached it at the northern cave. some say that he dissolved inside the lifestream...but if he dissolved, how was he made it to the northern cave?

While there's not an explicit explanation, I think it's a fairly safe bet that this

might have something to do with it

As for how he wound up at the Northern Cave, he was probably just swept there by the currents of the Lifestream. A lot of it was always being gathered there to heal the crater, after all.

And yes, Sephiroth took control of the body of Jenova stored at Shinra HQ, then broke out of containment and began moving towards his body (with detours to pick up the Black Materia). On the Cargo Ship and at the Forgotten City, he/it leaves behind pieces of Jenova for us to fight. In the Whirlwind Maze, whatever chunk we're fighting appears to be the entire makeup of that particular body, given that he straight up attacks us but it becomes Jenova Death in the battle.
