Why are there so few classic Xbox games?

Why Microsoft? Why Nintendo? They've betrayed us by selling piles of overpriced crap. Went into HMV, load of bullshit, then Game, moar bullshit, then Gamestation, more bullshit.

It's all shitty sport games, racing games and action games that dick on the genre like Wet (the demo was shocking and wasted 10 minutes of my life on fail). No one plays Fifa in England except charvers who pay for XBL with social security benefits. Also fucking Halo ODST or w/e - why so much Halo? It was good when it hadn't sold out completely like the FF compilation.
Why couldn't we have the good old days of the PS2 for the 360?

Also why is GH5 £75 for that and the guitar, when World Tour full band set is £90? It's infuriating, I could just buy a real electric guitar for about £50, or I could buy a guitar hero guitar for £10 and then buy the game for £30.

Also what angers me is that the shit game I do want- the Harry Potter 6 game - costs £35. IT'S NOT EVEN GOOD. I had to spend £50 on clothes. I shouldn't be doing that, I'm a gamer before I'm a girl. I'm also pissed off because someone in the bookshop asked me how to spell 'saga' and 'Iceland'. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Can anyone at all name some decent, under the radar Xbox games for me? There just seem to be so few. >:

4. Fuzion Frenzy was pretty fun when I first tried it out.

I also tried Blood Wake at the time they were demo'ing the XboX at EB Games, it was pretty fun at the time although looking back it probably would have gotten boring fast.

There are a fair few decent XboX titles, especially some really solid launch titles, but as with most consoles you'll probably have to trawl through scores of comparatively shitty stuff.

Oh Chronicles of Riddick Dark Athena(two games in one, one phenomenal, one good in some parts, bad in others)

Call of Juarez Bound in Blood was pretty fun too, especially if you like old west shooters.

Bad Company wasn't bad at all. Destructability maxed out, and characters I actually wanted to listen to and watch.

They got two things right at the very least. Also, it's Battlefield. not much to say there.

because X-Box doesn't have any classic franchises to lean on like Nintendo (Mario and Zelda plz) or a superbly amazing range of games like the PS2? The 360 has some pretty cool games if you're into FPSes but otherwise you just gotta float around on Blue Dragon, Mass Effect and Tales of Vesperia. Same issue RPG players had with the GC, tbqh.

Way to rule out all of the other games. The 360 has a huge library of good games. RPGs as a whole are skimp this days. The 360 however, has the most RPGs on current gen consoles, like LO, BD, That weirdly name one from SE, Star Ocean(will be on PS3 soon but meh, no word on NA release), that tales game, Got another coming from Mistwalker, Oblivion, Fallout, and some I'm forgetting.

There's some good fighting games, and action games too. If you're on about "classic" games, the only one it has would be Halo, since Xbox came so late in the game it has few really long lived franchises.

The PS3 doesn't have the same games, that's outright lie. Many of the multiplatform games on the PS3 are fucking awful save for a few standouts at that.

Unless the number has changed, the 360 has 74 exclusive games, counting a few upcoming games. I've already listed a few of the exclusives.

Someone's personal opinion is not a standard for quality in video games.

The fact of the matter is the 360 has more than enough good games, that are well developed, fun experiences, and not all of them are shooting games. They may not appeal to you on a personal standard, but that doesn't make them shit or the console a failure.

Same goes for the PS3, and the Wii. As far as Classic franchises go, well the 360 already has RE, CoD, Tales, and it is getting Metal Gear and FFXIII.
