EMPEROR!!! I think he's very predictable, and so I loves beating him. I find it really easy to doge his attacks and then go in for the kill. Yeeesssssss!!!!

But aww, no love for Tidus in the Penny Arcade. ;_; *hugs Tidus*

exdeath is still the best grinding partner for leveling up, even you set his strenght to max and its level to 100, he's still predictable even in the western edition, lol, just pawn him with any hp attack, lol

Actually, I've switched my punching bag to WoL. I kind of got tired of having to scroll down to select an enemy for Quick battle so...

Also ExDeath is fun as well. He's kind of a kooky character, isn't he? I love the way he laughs when he doges. XD

I keep bashing the crap out of Jecht, there's something about him that just really makes me want to punch something...more specifically him oh and Kefka as well. The amount of times so far he's prevented me from gaining DP during the story modes is actually ridiculous so I decided he was in line for a bash fest curtesy of Squall whose brave attacks I get a real kick out of.

Usually It's either Sephiroth (after years of enduring his crap, I can finally return interest), Cloud or Cloud of Darkness for a challenge. Normally she's harder to beat when I'm using Kefka, but everyone falls by my Jecht. Ooooooh yes, mo-fo's Jecht will KNOCK YOU ALL DOWN.


For the good guys, I'm using Tidus all the way, the boy loves to jump. and jump.

My main punching bag... eh, recently it's Gabranth, but that's mainly because I'm trying to unlock his Player Icon.

I have a tendancy to go up against Sephiroth, just because he usually offers some good pre-battle lines. Although, Jecht saying to Zidane "Hey, nice tail, buddy" also ranks pretty high.

If playing as Zidane or Kuja, though, Garland tends to get beat up more frequently. For some strange reason...

I get weird enjoyment out of pwning and humiliating the honourable Warrior of Light. Especially when doing so with somewhat so polite and sweet as Terra. I don't know if that makes me a sadist or what

On a similar note, I also enjoy Cecil abuse though to a lesser extent.

Call me a sadist, but I just love to hear Onion Knights death cry.

For AP grinding, I usually kick the crap out of Zidane, for actual leveling purposes, it's usually a level 100 Jecht/Cloud/WoL/Seph because with one wrong move, you're dead at lower levels. There's only a couple things more satisfying in Dissidia than spanking a blazing Sephiroth with a ~60-70 lower level character, and that's beating him (VERY SLOWLY, MIND YOU TT____TT) with a level one :3

For me, it would have to be Squall, Cecil, Ulty and Cloud. They were too frustrating in battle. I didn't like their attacks and I hated how Squall would constantly use his Lion Heart or whatever its called. I didn't like Cecil because they didn't try that hard on him. Ulty was annoying because her magic attacks went too far

Cloud because he started with good strength and because I didn't get a version of him wearing a sailor's suit

So, Squall, Cecil, Ulty and Cloud are my punching bags

Generally Ex-Death because for some reason I can pwn him fairly easily and quickly. Dunno why that is, but it makes for a great time a-punchin'.

Ultimecia is Kuja's punching bag. Serves her right, really. XD

Seriously, Ultimecia in Pandemonium - good way to level grind with Kuja. Just watch out for Apocalypse.

 

[Roger]

Gabranth, best battle music (and battle music that you haven't through most of the game already) and he only uses bravery attacks so you can practice whatever new moves you want without worry of retaliation.

 

[Mantichorus]

You can change the battle music to any you choose in QuickBattle and Communications mode - you know that right? I prefer some of the music unlockable from the PP Catalog. Still, have to agree - the initial FFXII theme is pretty cool.
