Is probably the only game reviews I watch these days (or ever have, ever since I read the free gaming magazines I got at a convention over 9000 years ago), and they're epic. Pretty much every game is put down in a fun, original, and decidedly British game, minus a small handful of games that the author actually likes, i.e. the PoP series, Portal, and Thief, and even those are only praised in moderation most of the times.

But srsly, watch that, for the lulz.

Funny, yes, original? no.

I wonder what it would be like if he seriously reviewed a game instead of just making fun of them. I think he might explode.

Even though I think his reviews of MGS4 and Silent Hill Homecoming are right on the fucking money.

Yeah, but that can be said about pretty much every reviewer these days, and I don't even read / see reviews that often.

Still though, I find these reviews amusing.

That VC review was epic. And so true. :awesome:

Zero Punctuation wins. They're the only reviews I care about, mostly because I love laughing at my favourite games. :monster:

I like to laugh at all games, really :monster:. He inspires me to put games I like in a negative context, fgj :monster:.

Although I must admit I've only played a handful of the games he's reviewed so far.

I've watched all of ZP's videos, I think. I must say, the man is freaking brilliant and hilarious. Can't get enough of him.

Yes, that was so great. In reality though, the two shouldn't really be compared.

o rly? Both are free-roaming action semi-RPGs with superpowers. Do explain why they shouldn't be compar'd? :monster:.

Also, I'm playing Prototype, and minus the rather shoddy graphics (compared to, oh, Assassin's Creed et al, lol unfair comparison), it's pretty neat. Dunno about infamous though, damn console exclusives :monster:.

Prototype has some serious balancing and game structure issues.

It's fun and all, but ultimately you get burned out on the main game fast.

And Infamous is a third person shooter with actual side missions and Prototype is a straight up brawler with completely frivolous side missions that amount to nothing.

So I pretty much spent two hours of my life watching this and I was not disappointed. This reviewer knows his stuff, it honestly had me tearing up since I was laughing so maniacally (good reviews make me crazily amused). He's got the comparisons between Prototype and InFamous pretty spot-on.

In Prototype, you play some biological destructive man-made weapon hellbent on destruction who likes to kill things and then question if it's "right, omgz!" while he's doing that. Though I find the idea of creating mass destruction and littering a city with dead corpses kind of fun--'cause um watching things go boom in games is cool. But you questioning your own ethics whilst killing people kind of defeats the purpose of questioning it at all. If you have to wonder why it's wrong then why the heck are you killing them?

Plz I'd love to know . . .

Aaaaaanyway in Infamous you have this guy who develops his powers after a mass-explosion and he's all regular and stuff. But the main difference is that you have the choice to be normal. But you all already knew that, amirite? :awesome:

Point is, guy's review on it was epic. I'm a fan now.

From what I heard both are worth a rent, but really flawed.
