I think Amano's illustration of Sephiroth there is pretty awesome, actually. Better than Nomura's, IMO.

I'm a fan of Amano's work, but yes he does have some strange-looking stuff. The faces can tend to look alike- that pic of Aeris/Seph for example, that looks almost like Setzer and Terra from FF6. But my personal standpoint- I think Amano's work has a lot more feeling and action to it than...
